  4. Place fish on a tray and bake both fish and vegetables in the oven for approx. 30mins. ( depends on size of the fish. Rest for 5 minutes and serve. Note: this dish contains fish bones.

This baked rainbow trout is so easy to make that you can even make it on a weeknight. All you have to do is put everything in the oven and wait.
