  3. Take kadai and add oil.Add the whole zeera, chillies and curryleaves
  4. Add the marinated lauki,add little water and cover and cook till the water dries and the lauki is all cooked

Lauki ki sabzi has lots of health benefits. It is rich source of vitamin C, K and calcium. It is very fibrous. it is good for diabetic patients and also regulates Lauki is also known as dudhi, ghiya and kaddu in different parts of India.
