  1. In a motar crush scotch bonnets,onion spices and seasoning,add ur cooked yam and pound until soft
  2. Transfer into a bowl then add ur left over mincemeat,use hand and mix it very well
  3. Spread oil in ur palm and mold into circle shape, in a small bowl combine flour with paprika and garlic powder,coated the balls with flour
  4. Allow to chill in fridge for 30 minute,crack one egg,deep inside
  5. Fry in a hot oil until golden brown
  6. Serve and enjoy😋
