  3. Solve corn starch in cold water and add to fish and carrots until they covered by water. Bring it to boil. Add bokchoy and celery leaves. Cover the pan/ wok and let it simmer for about 20 minutes. Do not overcook the fish.
  4. Add spring onions.Turn off the heat. Add sesame oil. Serve with steamed white rice.
