Instructions to make Bombay chapati sandwich:
  1. Grind all ingredients mentioned in 'for green sandwich chutney' in mixer grinder with very little water and make chutney.
  2. Prepare thin round slices of boiled potatoes, onions, tomatoes, cucumber and capsicum.
  3. Take one chapati. Apply green chutney over it. Arrange potato slices and cucumber slices over it. Sprinkle chat masala and then spread grated cheese over it.
  4. Cover with 2nd chapati. Apply tomato sauce over it. Arrange capsicum ring and onion slices over it. Sprinkle chat masala and then spread grated cheese over it.
  5. Cover with 3rd chapati. Apply green chutney over it. Arrange tomato slices over it. Sprinkle chat masala and then spread grated cheese. Cover with last chapati. Apply butter over it.
  6. Heat nonstick tawa. Apply butter on it. Put assembled chapati sandwich over it and cook bottom side on low flame till golden and crisp. Then flip it carefully and gently. Cook other side too till golden and crisp. Enjoy
  7. Transfer to a plate. Garnish with grated cheese, tomato sauce and chopped coriander leaves. Cut into pieces and enjoy.
