- #FOR_THE_BREAD_DOUGH: - - In the bowl of a stand mixer with dough hook attached, combine the dough ingredients in this order - flour, yeast, sugar - give a quick stir - then salt, warm milk and yoghurt. - Mix on low-medium speed when just combine the flour and other ingredients.
- Add the butter and again mix on low- medium speed for 6-7 minutes until smooth and elastic. Or kneading by hand. - - Lightly oil a bowl and place the dough inside, flipping until it's lightly oiled all over. Cover with plastic wrap and sit in a warm place until it has doubled in size.
- While the dough is rising, prepare your favorite vegetables peeled washed and cut the vegetables and set aside. (i will use zucchini, carrot, corn kernels, cherry tomatoes & green onions)
- #MAKING_THE_BREAD: - - After the dough has risen, remove the plastic wrap and gently turn it out onto a lightly floured surface. Roll out the dough with rolling pin into a rectangle shape and transfer to a baking tray line with parchment paper.
- Preheat oven to 230C / 450F / 210C fan forced. - - Lay the cheese (cut into a thick long strips or grated) around the edge of bread about 1 inch in from the edge. - - Fold the dough over the cheese and press it down into the dough on the other side to seal. - - Lightly brush with egg wash all over the top of the bread (without apply egg wash have different colour results do not skip this step).
- Start to arrange your design using any vegetables that available at home or garden. - - Bake for 12-15 minutes until the crust is crispy and golden.
